Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 08/10/2026
This policy applies to reGrowth Academy courses and other digital products bought through this website, and to consulting services booked with Regrowth Consulting Limited (CRO 775156, 12 The Green, Mullen Park, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, W23 FDN2).
1. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer buying for yourself rather than for a business, Irish and EU law gives you 14 days from the day of purchase to change your mind and get a full refund, without giving a reason.
The important exception for online courses: at checkout we ask you to tick a box agreeing that you want access to the course straight away and that you understand you lose this 14-day right once you do. If you tick that box and we give you access, your right to cancel ends. This is how the law works for digital content you can use immediately (Consumer Rights Act 2022; European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013).
3. If something is wrong with the course
Separately from the above, you are entitled to a remedy if the course is faulty, is not as described, or is not of the quality you could reasonably expect. Tell us and we will fix the problem; if we can't, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund. These rights last longer than the periods above and are not affected by them.
If part of the course is unavailable for a sustained period because of a technical problem on our side, tell us and we will extend your access or refund you for the part you couldn't use.
4. Live sessions, workshops and consulting
Rescheduling: you can move a booked session free of charge if you give us at least [48] hours' notice.
Late cancellation or no-show: with less than [48] hours' notice, the session is charged in full, because the time is held for you.
Cancelling a consulting engagement: notice periods and fees are set out in the engagement letter or proposal you signed, which takes precedence over this page for those services.
If we cancel: we will offer you another time or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Where a consulting service starts inside your 14-day cancellation period at your request and is then fully performed, your right to cancel ends; if you cancel part-way through, you pay for the work done up to that point.
5. Subscriptions and payment plans
You can cancel a subscription or payment plan at any time, with effect from the end of the period you have already paid for. We don't refund part-months. If you cancel a payment plan for a course you still have access to, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Once we approve a refund we process it within [3] working days; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days. We don't charge a fee for refunds, and we don't offer credit notes instead of a refund you are entitled to.
7. Prices and VAT
Prices shown include VAT where it applies. If VAT treatment changes a price you have already paid, we will not charge you the difference.
8. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@regrowthconsulting.com with:
your name and the email address you used to buy;
your order number or the date of purchase;
what you bought;
which of the above applies, and anything you'd like us to know.
We will reply within [5] working days.
9. If you're not happy with our answer
Please come back to us first. You can also take a complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (www.ccpc.ie), or use the European Consumer Centre Ireland (www.eccireland.ie) if you bought from outside Ireland. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
10. Business customers
If you are buying for a business, the 14-day cancellation right in section 1 does not apply, because it is a consumer right. Nonetheless, we apply the same 14-day cancellation right waver in section 1. The booking terms in section 4 still apply, along with the terms in your engagement letter.
